DecisionSignal — Anonymous Workplace Signals

Privacy-first anonymous workplace signals. Next.js admin + participant PWA, NestJS Trust Engine on PostgreSQL.

Role

Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL

Product context

DecisionSignal is a B2B platform for anonymous workplace signals and early-warning analytics. The product includes an admin dashboard, a participant progressive web app (PWA), and a backend Trust Engine API.

My implementation scope

I built the Next.js admin dashboard and participant PWA, alongside the NestJS Trust Engine API on PostgreSQL. The work covered multi-tenant contexts, role-based access control (RBAC), QR entry links, and detection alerts.

Participant workflow

Participants enter through QR links without creating participant accounts. This workflow sits alongside a separate admin dashboard for reviewing workplace signals: participation and administration are different parts of the product.

Administration and access rules

The implementation combines multi-tenant contexts and role-based access control with a NestJS API and PostgreSQL data model. The admin interface includes environments, context analytics, signal distributions, trends, and detection alerts. These are the product workflows covered by my full-stack scope.

What this case demonstrates

This case brings together a Next.js dashboard, a participant PWA, and a NestJS backend. It is relevant to projects that need both user-facing workflows and administrative tools, with tenant contexts and permissions included in the implementation.
